POLICY ENDORSEMENTS
Applicants and policyholders also have the option to add endorsements to their coverage. Endorsements, which add to the policy’s cost, can be included at anytime. Licensee coverage can be added that allow clients to sue a licensee who continues to produce or sell a product after the license has been terminated.

Additional Insured
Enables policyholders to cover other entities that could be affected by an intellectual property case. For example, Google can make Samsung an additional insured for its Android operation system.
Settlement Provision
Allows policyholders to decide how and when to settle a lawsuit.
Worldwide Coverage
Provides coverage even when an IP infringement case is brought to trial outside the United States. |
